£20,250 per annum, £12,150 pro rata, 21 hours per week
From April 2013, one year contract, renewal possible if funding available

Forest Farm Peace Garden, a community garden in northeast London, is recruiting a part-time Ecotherapy Worker to continue our highly successful therapeutic gardening programme. The role includes coordinating and supporting volunteers at our beautiful 2 acre garden, located just 5 minutes from a Central line Tube station. Forest Farm Peace Garden is a growing, exciting project which is pioneering sustainability, local food and permaculture. We engage with the local community through volunteering opportunities, open days and workshops. We work with a wide range of volunteers, including mental health service users, refugees, permaculturalists and local residents. Our therapeutic gardening programme has transformed the lives of many people, and we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, ideas and commitment to join the project and take it to the next level.
