Our ecotherapy sessions are free of charge and tailored for those with mild to moderate mental health related needs, such as depression, anxiety, isolation and poor confidence and self-esteem.
There is growing evidence that being active outdoors in nature helps improve mental and physical wellbeing. Our programme has an outstanding track record, with over 85% of our supported volunteers consistently reporting reduction in stress, improved mood and self-esteem, greater social connections and confidence, and mental and physical wellbeing from their time in our garden.

We are open every Wednesday and Friday and clients can choose which day suits them, and come for either the morning session (11am – 1pm) or afternoon session (2pm – 4pm), or attend both sessions. We enjoy a relaxed and social shared lunch together between sessions so clients can bring their own packed lunch.
